Getting Started with Kruti
This guide walks you through the four essential stages of the Kruti workflow, from setting up your canvas to exporting a retina-scaled masterpiece.
Workflow Overview
Kruti isn't a traditional "editor"; it's a generative studio. You define the high-level intent, and the engine handles the mathematical distribution of elements.
Stage 1: The Foundation (Layout & Photos)
Great design begins with the right frame.
- Set Dimensions: Open Canvas Settings (gear icon) and select your target (e.g., Instagram Square, LinkedIn Story).
- Launch Collage Engine: Click the Collage icon. Select up to 10 photos.
- Algorithmic Distribution: Choose "Magic Shapes". Kruti will instantly calculate a randomized geometric layout, cycling your photos artistically across the frame.
Stage 2: The Vibe (Algorithmic Styling)
Inject brand personality through color harmonies and patterns.
- Toggle Magic: In Settings, enable Solid Magic or Gradient Magic.
- Harmonic Themes: Select a theme pill (e.g., Aurora, Midnight, Retro). Each click regenerates a unique color palette synced across all elements.
- Pattern Density: Adjust the Density Slider to control the complexity of procedurally generated background shapes.
- Elite Typography: Use the font search to find the perfect typeface from our library of 100+ professional fonts.
Stage 3: The Polish (Studio Refinement)
While the engine handles the math, you provide the human touch.
- Targeted Styling: Use the Target Toggle in property modals to switch focus between an element's Background and its Text/Icon.
- Geometric Snapping: Align elements with precision using rotation handles that snap to 90-degree intervals.
- Non-Destructive Filters: Apply image filters in the Filter Lab to ensure your photos perfectly match your background's mood.
Stage 4: High-Resolution Export
- Retina Scaling: Click Export to generate a high-fidelity, pixel-perfect PNG.
- Zero Compression: Your posts are exported with maximum clarity, ready for world-class impact on any platform.
